Rogier Cameron has 25 plus years professional experience in the mineral industry (oil and gas, industrial minerals). In his professional career he served as a process engineer (edible oils and fats, mineral oil and gas), project manager, business consultant. Years ago he added industrial minerals to his field of expertiese and has delivered a major contribution in the development of the kaolin and dimensional stone prospects of Surname. He has extensive academic experience as a former lecturer at the Polytechnic College and the Anton de Kom University of Suriname. As of March 2023, mr. Cameron is leading the Geosciences department at the Anton de Kom University of Suriname.
