Ruurdt Jukema is a Senior HSEQ Auditor and QA/QC Specialist with over 25 years of international experience in offshore, maritime, and oil & gas operations. A former Captain and Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), he has led complex, high-risk operations worldwide. He is specialized in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and API Q2 systems, and is actively engaged in Annual Safety Inspections on drilling rigs, ISM and ISPS audits, and investigations for P&I Clubs. Ruurdt is Managing Director of Invictus Nova, advising on HSEQ, QA/QC, and compliance, while supporting local content development in Suriname’s energy sector.
