Sanjeev Daruka is a leader with over 30 years of experience in rotating equipment for the oil and gas and power generation industries. As Head of New Equipment– Oil & Gas and LNG at Siemens Energy, he brings deep expertise in gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, and global sales strategy.

Sanjeev is highly skilled in contract negotiations and complex problem solving, and his international career has given him a strong understanding of cultural sensitivities across global markets.

His career spans leadership roles at Rolls-Royce and KBR, with a strong focus on LNG innovation and cross-cultural collaboration. Sanjeev holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
