Sanson Ogenio joined the Baitali Group in 2019 as Manager of Commerce & Innovation, where he played a key role in shaping the group’s commercial strategy and driving business development initiatives. In 2020, he led the establishment of Baitali Guyana and subsequently served as Manager of Baitali Mining from 2022 to 2024. During this period, he contributed significantly to operations management and strategic planning. Most recently, he has been appointed Manager of Commerce at Baitali Equipment, where he is spearheading the development of a dealership for heavy construction equipments.

Sanson holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands, and has specialized himself in Technology Innovation and Commercial Affairs. Before joining the Baitali Group, he held various senior management positions in the telecommunications sector across four countries. His achievements include overseeing nationwide fiber optic rollouts, submarine cable installation projects, and the development of comprehensive commercial strategies.
