Speakers

Scott is an accomplished petroleum economist with over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Scott holds a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Texas - Permian Basin and is a Marine Corps veteran. Scott began his professional career in Midland working with oil and has operators, then transitioned to the service industry with Schlumberger holding various positions in Latin America and Europe. Returning to the United States in 2007, Scott founded a small independent oil & gas production company before returning to the energy consulting world with Gaffney Cline. Now with Fugro for the past year, Scott leads Fugro's efforts in supporting clients in LNG.
