Serge Tjin Wong Joe is a seasoned civil engineer with over 25 years of expertise in structural design.
He served as co-director at IBT Engineering Consultants from 1999 to 2015, alongside his father and brother.
In 2016, Serge co-founded Icarus Geo, specializing in geosynthetics applications across Caribbean regions, leveraging his technical and entrepreneurial abilities.
Serge co-founded Commewijne Port Facility NV (Comport) in 2019 with three partners to develop an offshore supply base for Suriname's growing oil and gas sector.
He currently holds the position of Chief Technical Officer at both Icarus Geo and Comport.
