Sharista Kisoensingh is Teamlead Deepwater Exploration Contracted Acreage, Staatsolie. Her responsibilities include ensuring a thorough technical understanding of the subsurface in the deepwater contracted blocks, supporting/influencing Operators Exploration Workprograms, and advising the regulator accordingly.

Prior to this she held various technical roles within Staatsolie, including Appraisal Team (Sr. Reservoir Geologist), Exploration & Development Asset (Team Coordinator/Sr. Exploration Geologist), Production Asset Onshore (Sr. Production Geologist), POC (Exploration Geologist).

Sharista holds a MSc Degree in Geology from Utrecht University, Netherlands, and an MBA Degree in Management & Leadership from Maastricht School of Management and FHR Institute for Higher Education, Suriname.
