Sharon Sabiran is the Asset Manager Offshore – Subsurface Appraisal & Evaluation at Staatsolie, leading the company’s Offshore Subsurface appraisal and development activities. Since joining Staatsolie in 2010 as a production engineer, she has progressed through several leadership roles, from operations Superintendent to Production Asset Manager Onshore, before moving in her current role since 2024. Prior to Staatsolie, she spent a decade at Alcoa’s Suralco alumina refinery as a chemist and process engineer. Sharon holds MSc degrees in Chemical Engineering and in Geoscience & Petroleum Engineering, along with an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Economics.
