Stefan Ferrier joined the Baitali Group in 2014 and has held several positions in the group before being recently appointed as Deputy Director. He contributed to the Total Concept approach of the Baitali Group by establishing a multi-disciplinary Engineering Department, Baitali Pavement Products NV and by reshaping Baitali Pavement Testing & Technologies NV. By redefining its business model the Baitali Group was able to enter new markets in Suriname and Guyana and to provide its clients innovative and sustainable solutions.

Stefan Ferrier has a master degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Delft, Netherlands and has specialized himself in Infrastructure and Transport Planning. Before joining the Baitali Group he worked as a consultant for a local engineering firm and an international public transportation company where he conducted, amongst others, urban development and transport studies.
