Thierry Charles brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having started his career in Nigeria. He has built extensive international expertise through operational and functional roles in the United Kingdom, Angola, Qatar, Australia and France. A reservoir engineer by training, he held several management positions in subsurface before joining the Pazflor project, a major deepwater development offshore Angola, which he followed from pre-FID to post first oil. He then moved into field development across the Middle East and North Africa, and held executive roles in Qatar and Australia. Since 2022, he serves as Deep Offshore Development Manager at OneTech, overseeing major offshore developments at TotalEnergies.
