She has been with Ipieca since December 2019 and is currently on secondment from ExxonMobil, serving as Chief of Staff. In this role, Ulrike plays a pivotal part in shaping and executing strategic initiatives across the organization. Her extensive expertise includes significant contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals, Climate & Energy and Reporting as a Senior Project Manager. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ulrike has represented Ipieca, an official observer organization, at the UNFCCC COP26, COP27, and COP28 conferences.
