Ulrike Westfa is a Surinamese-born professional, with more than 20 years of leadership experience across corporate organizations in the Netherlands. Her expertise spans mentorship, team development, and building effective local and global organizational structures, which serves her current role as ‘Global Department Manager Project Support’, under the Project Management Office at SBM Offshore. Ulrike is now also a member of SBM Offshore’s ‘Suriname Development Taskforce’, where she contributes to local content development and stakeholder engagement. With strong cultural insight and strategic expertise, she supports sustainable growth and creates lasting value for both Suriname and the company.
