Verlier Quan-Vie is a Commercial and Business Development Professional with over 25 years’ experience spanning risk management, commercial and business development across all aspects of energy value chain both local and internationally. At NGC, Ms. Quan-Vie has played a pivotal role in shaping the commercial landscape of the domestic energy sector having negotiated over 200 long and short-term complex commercial contracts with all of the major energy sector companies, which not only contributed to improved economic returns for NGC but with a strong focus on sustaining and promoting the national interest.

She holds a B.Sc. Industrial Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Oil & Gas) and is currently pursuing an MBA, Sustainability and Energy Transition.
