Warsha Sardjoe, CEO of the Rudisa Group of Companies graduated from Wharton university with both her bachelors and master’s in Business Administration. Finance, and Political Science.

Warsha can be described not only as a strong determined entrepreneur with broad experience in doing business with both small and large enterprises globally but also as a socially oriented person, who loves baking and fishing with her son, Sky.

Her motto in life is “Non Ducor, Duco”, Meaning I am not Led, I lead”. 

Warsha joined the CARICOM Private Sector Organization (CPSO) as an executive chair member in 2019. In 2020 she was appointed as Honorary Consul of Finland
