Whitney Coulor received her diploma as Radiation Safety Expert from the TU Delft in 2014. She holds a MSc degree in Medical Physics and another one in Biomedical Sciences from the Heidelberg University and the Catholic University Leuven. She has worked with several international organizations on improving radiation safety practices in English speaking Caribbean countries. She serves as chair of the Surinamese chapter of the Dutch Society for Radiation Protection and has previously served as chair of the Committee on Radiological Health in Suriname. Her focus areas include radiation safety program implementation and radiation safety legislation.
