The Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute (CCGI) is a membership organisation for corporate governance professionals that promotes good corporate governance within the Caribbean region. It is headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago at Chamber Building, Westmoorings. Incorporated in 2012 as a not for profit company, the CCGI is an independent self-funded entity. At present, the majority of members are from Trinidad and Tobago, but members also hail from Barbados, Belize, Jamaica, Guyana, Grenada, St Vincent and the Grenadines, St Lucia, St Maarten and The British Virgin Islands.
