To register as a delegate for SEOGS, please follow the below steps:

  • Select delegate type (executive or technical delegate)
  • Select how many delegates you would like to register
  • If you have a discount code add it here and click apply 

Next step - Your Tickets:

  • Complete all delegate(s) registration details for accreditation purposes. 

Finally - Billing Information and order confirmation

  • Complete the company and billing details.
  • Complete payment to confirm your registration

How do I pay for my registration?

When registering for SEOGS 2026, you can make payment by credit card and bank transfer. 

Can I pay after the event?

All interested participants are required to pay before the event.

When is my conference booking confirmed?

Your conference booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have successfully completed the mandatory accreditation process.

Why do I need to complete accreditation?

Accreditation is a required security and identification process for all attendees. You must complete it before your booking can be confirmed and your badge issued.

Can I attend the event without completing accreditation?

No. Accreditation is mandatory for all attendees and must be completed before attending the event.

If I am not able to attend, can I have a replacement take my place at the event?

Yes, you can appoint a replacement to join the event if you are unable to attend. You will need to request replacement before 5 June 2026.
