The company’s Shareholders are SURINAME EARTH MOVING CONTRACTORS NV (Majority shareholder) that is parts of the SEMC Group of Companies (www.semc.sr) and the Guyanese company Farfan & Mendes, who is the major shareholder of Panthera Solutions Inc. (https://www.panthera-solutions.gy/ ) a Guyanese company that is providing world class maintenance solutions to the offshore oil & gas industry in Guyana. Panthera was recognized as the first Guyanese Company on the offshore platform, joining Liza Destiny 2 days after its arrival. It has since expanded its scope and is present on all 3 platforms. Panthera has built up a workforce of over 50 people working offshore with some locals achieving their journeyman scaffolding qualifications after 5 years of offshore work.

The intent would be to train Surinamese nationals through Panthera and potentially employ them onshore and offshore in Guyana to gain experience to prepare for the offshore platforms arrival in Suriname.
