TRADE VISITOR

The SEOGS International Expo is open for trade visitors from 24 – 26 June from 10:00am till 4:00pm.

The SEOGS trade exhibition is for business, commercial and professional executives, buyers and suppliers and the entire energy, oil and gas value chain and associated and secondary industries.

GENERAL PUBLIC

The SEOGS International Expo is also open to the general public on the 26 June from 10:00am till 4:00pm

General public visitors are considered those not representing a company, business, or profession, those attending the SEOGS exhibition based on private/personal interest and students. Please note that the general public ONLY has access to the exhibition on Friday.

Visitor Rules & Regulations

To ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, visitors to the SEOGS 2026 International Exhibition are required to comply with the following rules and regulations:

Admission & Registration

  • All visitors must complete online pre-registration prior to attending the exhibition.
  • Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person without explanation if deemed necessary for safety, security, or event integrity.
  • Visitors may be asked to present a valid photo ID upon entry.
Exhibition Access
  • Visitor passes grant access to the exhibition floor only and do not include access to paid conference sessions unless otherwise stated.
  • Access is permitted only during official exhibition opening hours.
  • Children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless authorised by the organisers.
Conduct & Behaviour
  • Visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
  • Any disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund or re-entry.
  • Smoking and vaping are only allow in the designated areas no inside the exhibition floor or in the conference halls.
  • consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the venue.
Photography & Media
  • Photography and video recording may take place during the exhibition for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • By attending the event, visitors consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such materials by the organisers.
  • Visitors must obtain permission before photographing exhibitor booths, products, or presentations where restrictions apply.
Health & Safety
  • Visitors must comply with all venue health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Emergency exits and access routes must remain clear at all times.
  • Any accidents, injuries, or suspicious activity should be reported immediately to event staff or security personnel.
Promotional Activities
  • Unauthorised distribution of promotional materials, solicitation, canvassing, or selling within the exhibition venue is strictly prohibited without written approval from the organisers.
Liability
  • The organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Visitors attend the exhibition at their own risk.
Changes & Cancellation
  • The organisers reserve the right to amend exhibition schedules, programmes, exhibitors, or event arrangements without prior notice.
  • In the event of cancellation or force majeure circumstances, organisers shall not be held liable for any costs or damages incurred by visitors.
