Traffic Management and Road Closures

To manage the traffic the main entrance is North way via Kronenburgweg/ Nieuw Weergevondenweg crossing (A3).  Kronenburgweg will be one way road.

This is the only entry route for SEOGS. Traffic Officers will only provide access to attendees vehicles who have a parking permit to park inside Roeli's event venue or need to be dropped off at the entrance, and shuttle buses or residents living at the Kronenburgweg. (Shown on the map by the green arrows)

Road closure Kronenburgweg/ Nieuwzorgweg

All traffic will be prevented from entering the Kronenburgweg and will be directed to use the designated entry route via the Nieuw Weegevondenweg

Road closure Kronenburgweg/ Frederikshoopweg

This point will only be used for exiting the venue/Kronenburgweg and is therefore closed for traffic entering the Kronenburgweg from the south side.

All other traffic visiting the venue:

There are 2 designated parking areas on the other side of the canal at the Magentakanalweg

  • In front of Roeli's Event Venue on Magentakanalweg (next to Rock Oil Gas station)
  • in Rock Oil Gas Station

Visitors parking here are recommended to use the shuttle bus service provided to and from the event venue in order to minimize pedestrian traffic on the busy Magentakanalweg.

The following two routes are possible to use for directions to the venue starting in Paramaribo city center.

The organising committee strongly recommend participants of SEOGS 2025 to car pool or arrange to be dropped off at the event venue where possible.

Parking Inside Venue

Only cars with a SEOGS parking permit can access the parking area inside the venue. 

If you have an assigned parking permit please collect at the Royal Torarica on Monday 16 June from 10:00 - 17:00

Badge Collection

Attendees may collect their badges on-site at the registration desks at Roeli's Event Venue at the following times: 

  • Summit Registration Day 1: Tuesday, 17th June from 09:00 until 16:30  
  • Summit Registration Day 2: Wednesday, 18th June from 08:00
  • Summit Registration Day 3: Thursday, 19th June from 08:00
  • Summit Registration Day 4: Friday, 20th June from 08:00 until 10:00

A registration desk will be also open at the Royal Torarica Hotel at the following time:

  • Summit Registration Day 1: Tuesday, 17th June from 08:00 until 11:00  

Badge Access

Executive Delegates & Speakers:

4-day pass (17-20 June) including pre-summit day, executive summit, technical conference, delegate lunches and coffee breaks, access to the delegate lounge, exhibition access, all networking functions and full access to the event app.

Technical Delegates & Speakers:

3-day pass (18-20 June) including technical conference, lunches and coffee breaks (18-20 June), access to the delegate lounge, exhibition access, networking functions on 18-20 June, and full access to the event app.

Day 4 Delegate - Local Content:

1-day pass (20 June) including access to the executive conference on 20 June, lunch and coffee breaks on 20 June, exhibition access, networking functions on 20 June, and full access to the event app

Exhibitor:

4-day exhibitor pass including inauguration, VIP opening tour and cultural reception on 17th June, exhibitor drinks reception in Hall 1 on Day 2 and Day 3, and access to the event app networking and meeting features but not the program.

Trade Visito & General Visitor:

3-day exhibition access (18-20 June) during visitor opening hours and limited access to the event app.

Press:
